Madi & Luke
We are the Labus family — Luke, Madi, and Cooper. We have been serving as worship leaders at Crossings Community for the past two years, and are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to serve the Lord and our church family through our gift of music.
We began seriously pursuing Christ in January 2023, and God has continued to lead our family in ways we never could have imagined. In July 2024, we moved from Wichita to Newton, where a friend introduced us to Crossings Community. What began as a hesitant move to a new town, quickly became the beginning of a beautiful new chapter for our family.
Outside of church, you will usually find us outdoors. We love fishing, hiking, playing outdoors, and tending to our community garden.
We believe that serving others is as simple as sharing what God has placed in our hands. We love serving our church. We love music. We love our family. And most of all, we love Jesus.
